Our Approach
Our custom-designed curriculums by age group ensure developmental needs are met and encourage children to be physically and mentally active, thereby participating in constructing their own knowledge.
We believe in developing more than a child’s intellectual abilities, as we aim to assist children in reaching their physical, emotional, and social potential as well. All activities are tailored to each age group and skill level. Since children go through a natural sequence of development, the teachers use the children's interests as a focus for activities and experiences.
We also believe play is critical to learning and an essential experience for children! Schedules in the classroom are flexible and vary, allowing the children to participate in classroom activities as well as in music/movement class and outdoor play. This gives each child the opportunity to spend an adequate amount of time outdoors, running, jumping, climbing, and using their body while breathing fresh air.

Faith-Based Values
We aspire to bring church values to students from infanthood to preschool and onward, knowing that receiving love and attention must not only begin at birth for children, but be continued throughout their lives.
Our policies and approach follow a Christian, faith-based ideology that emphasizes safety and nurturing of children first and foremost. Discipline & Guidance
Here at Radiant Faith Academy, we view discipline as guidance; a way to help children grow through self-regulation and understanding. In most situations with problematic behavior, teachers will give verbal guidance to explain to the child what was unacceptable, and how to behave in an acceptable manner moving forward.
We emphasize language acquisition, positive social skills, problem solving strategies, and trying to understand other people’s perspectives. Our teachers are responsible for holding each age group to reasonable, attainable expectations, as well as anticipating and working around problems.
