Our Faculty
The teachers of Radiant Faith Academy in Maryland Heights are compassionate individuals devoted to making a difference by caring and teaching our children!
First and foremost, our teachers provide guidance with a loving and nurturing approach – from our infant teachers and preschool teachers to our school-age teachers. Teachers serve as facilitators, allowing children to gain a sense of autonomy as they learn to make choices and regulate their own behavior.
This environment encourages children to be physically and mentally active, thereby participating in constructing their own knowledge. Since children go through a natural sequence of development, the teachers use the children's interests as a focus for activities and experiences.
Thank you for loving & caring for our babies these past six years. We hope to meet again soon and hear all about your new grandson! Thank you for everything and all that you do!

Volunteers
Volunteers have always been an integral part of Radiant Faith’s programs. This allows our children the opportunity to engage with friends in the Maryland Heights community.
Teachers always supervise volunteers, and adult volunteers are required to submit both a certification from the Missouri Child Care Registry (criminal and child abuse/neglect check), a comprehensive criminal background check and a negative TB test. Volunteers complete an orientation prior to working at the Center.
